PURPOSE :
Reporting to the Station Manager, you work within the Farming team, integrating the Agronomic department. You work in close collaboration with the breeding department, as well as with the teams of the other departments ( Administrative, Pathology etc.)
MAIN DUTIES :
- Crop planning focusing on land use with a monthly report to the Station Manager
- Quotation research for any kind of capex or opex needed to the station in accordance with Station manager guide lines
- Organize and coordinate with ‘’station manager assistant/farming operation ‘’ a weekly meeting with the other department in the station collecting and organizing all the operative needs
- Supervising all Phytosanitary and safety rules application with a weekly report to the station manager
- Manage and improve all the type of Agronomic field record verifying the compliance with company and law rules/guide lines
PROFILE :
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agronomic Science
- 5 year experince in the same rôle or equivalent field
- Team work oriented
- Focus mindset
- English level B1 (and above), French will be a plus
- Driving licence
